    Lengthen and strengthen with a morning Pilates class on the beach. We’ll move through posture-focused sequences with lake views and sunshine to wake up your core and mobility. After class, grab a coffee or take a quick swim to rinse off!

Many find it supports their natural cleansing process and leaves them feeling calm, refreshed and renewed. It's a gentle way to slow down, connect and treat yourself to something nurturing.

FAQ

  • A gentle warmth similar to a bath, a cocoon of love. It should never feel itchy or stinging. Tell us immediately if you feel heat, dizziness, or discomfort we’ll adjust or stop.

  • No. You’ll remove underwear but keep your top on and be fully covered with a long skirt/robe and blanket. We provide private changing space. Staff are trained for privacy and consent. No photography during sessions.

    • Pregnant or possibly pregnant

    • During beginning of menstruation

    • Postpartum until bleeding has fully stopped

    • Open pelvic wounds, recent procedures

    • IUD in place (risk tolerance varies; we recommend skipping)

    • History of fainting with heat, very sensitive skin, or pelvic conditions
